What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a no-hassle refund or replacement (Shipping charges are not refundable). Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Correctly personalized items cannot be returned. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition ,with a delivery confirmation, within 7days after receiving your order
If you want to exchange them , send to us the merchandises, with a $5 check (make the check payable to Teespress) to cover partial the S&H ,and a note with what color would you like to exchange with. Don’t forget to add a delivery confirmation on the package.
Orders that are cancelled before shipping are subject to a 10% processing charge.
Include your name, address, telephone number, a copy of your Exclusively Weddings invoice, and the reason for the return.
When will I be credited for my return?
We credit your account as soon as we process your return and receive the merchandise. Check with your bank or credit card institution to see when they will credit your account. Allow at least 7-12 business days for the return to be posted in your bank.
We only agreed to refund in case we print wrong design or the print wrong size.
